Summer Rates:
$1,300.00 per week for six people
$195.00 per night/ $195 deposit
$20.00 per day for each additional person, over six people
Minimum stay: 7 days/ Summer
Limit: 10 people
Discount 10% for one month
Fall Rates: 10% discount from Oct 1 through Mar 1 (3 night min.)

Cancellations: up to 30 days prior to reservations, refund of deposit less 10% service fee. Within 30 days of less prior to reservations, deposit is Non-Refundable unless the Unit can be rented. If Re-Rented a refund of deposit, less 10% service fee.
